Please note that when requesting an appointment at Medway Pain Center, you are selecting a preferred time. While we strive to accommodate your request, availability may vary. If your chosen time is unavailable, we will schedule the closest possible option and notify you as soon as possible.

We kindly ask that you inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 48 hours before your confirmed appointment. This allows us to better serve all our patients in need of care.

A member of our scheduling team will contact you within 60 minutes of your request submission, during our regular business hours, to confirm your appointment details.
